perfectly positioned for exploring spring lake and landmarks
The hotel's central location allowed me to enjoy walks to the stunning pier beach, which is just over 2 km away, and also take in the serene views at osborne pond, located about 2 km from my stay. I found the room comfortable and appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant/bar for quick snacks and drinks.

Proximity to local attractions, poolside experience, responsive maintenance services
Room conditions need serious renovations!!! Outdated furniture and stained ceilings create an uninviting atmosphere!!! Poor sound insulation leads to noisy stays!!! Bathrooms require better cleanliness and maintenance!!!

Unexpected police at 2 AM
Woke up to friendly staff who offered assistance during a confusing situation with noise complaints. The room was clean and had a lovely vintage charm that felt cozy.
However, the noise complaints led to unnecessary police involvement at the wrong hour, and we were charged extra for something that wasn't our fault. It was a very frustrating experience.

The room was a bit of a mix. The new beds were really comfortable, which was a definite plus. The bathroom had a cool rain shower head, and there were thick towels. But it still felt like a work in progress overall with some outdated parts. Not bad, but definitely needs more updates in some areas.

missingWrote a review on 14 Augcomfortable bathroomdelicious breakfastpoor sound insulationdifficult ice machineongoing renovations
The updated bathrooms featured a fantastic rain shower head and thick towels, making for a pleasant start to the day. Enjoying the homemade rolls at breakfast was a delightful touch. However, the sound insulation in the rooms left much to be desired, as noise from neighboring guests could be heard throughout the night. The ice machine was rather difficult to find, which added some inconvenience. It’s clear there are improvements underway, and with time, this place could shine even more.

Our family really enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which was perfect for both kids and older children alike. The room was spacious and had a fridge, making our stay quite convenient. The lively atmosphere by the pool bar added to the overall fun of the vacation!
For dads, it would be great if the rooms had better sound insulation.

Cozy, cozy, cozy
I was blown away by the gorgeous entrance lit up at night! My Standard King Room was beautifully modern, complete with a super comfy new bed that made it hard to get up! Plus, I loved the convenience of the wristband key system-so much fun strolling around without traditional keys!

Unique pool area was a highlight. We attempted to eat at the restaurant, but it was closed during our stay. The wristband key system and live music by the pool added fun. Slightly dated room was disappointing.
